As a designer and communications professional, my work focuses on storytelling through digital media, content strategy, policy development, and the physical and digital spaces a brand inhabits. 
My experience ranges from content creation and social media marketing to branded environments and consulting. Through my work on internal communication campaigns and employee engagement that I became deeply involved in equity, diversity, and inclusion research and strategic initiatives. I approach communications and design through an intercultural competency lens to integrate cultural awareness and equity at all levels of an organization and activate a company's values throughout the brand.
